For VST hosts such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, Steinberg Cubase,  Cakewalk Sonar, FL Studio.
Note: The VST plugin version of Stereo Tool is not free.

Watch folder based batch processing and normalization (including R128). Free for normal audio processing, Pro license needed for scripting/video processing.

For VST hosts such as Reaper and Ableton Make sure to get the correct version. For a 32 bit host you need the 32 bit version, for a 64 bit host the 64 bit version. The other one will in most cases not even be detected by the host! The 32 bit version does not (yet) work in wxWidgets-based hosts such as Audacity!

The Jack version supports getting audio from other programs via jackd2. Requires jackd2 to be installed (crashes without it!). Use sudo apt-get install jackd2 to install, jackd -d alsa -p 4096 -n 4 to run.

To download an older version of the software, add _ (underscore) plus the version number to the links above, before the extention. For example, https://stereotool.com/download/stereo_tool_standalone_installer_840.exe.
